Creekside East dates back to 1969, a small enclave of two-story townhomes tucked into the flats of Incline Village where a year-round creek runs alongside several of the units. It's a quieter, low-elevation setting than much of the neighborhood, which makes for easy access without sacrificing that classic wooded Tahoe backdrop.
Homes here run roughly 1,300 to 1,332 square feet across two stories, generally with two to three bedrooms and two to three bathrooms. Most units come with an assigned parking spot and a private patio, several of which back right up to the creek.
The location does a lot of the work: groceries and a restaurant are within walking distance, Incline Beach is an easy pedal away, and the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe and Diamond Peak Ski Resort are both just minutes down the road.
